OSIQ Solutions
Who we are

We build the systems a business actually runs on.

OSIQ builds operational software for Indian businesses. Different surfaces, one job: take the work that currently depends on someone remembering, and make it run on its own.

What we work on

Whatever the surface, the problem underneath is the same one.

A business does not have a CRM problem or an ads problem. It has work that does not happen unless a person makes it happen. We build the thing that makes it happen anyway.

CRM and sales operations

Enquiries from every source in one list, assigned to an owner, followed up on a timer rather than from memory.

Advertising systems

Meta campaigns where spend moves toward what is working, and where the cost per enquiry is reported in rupees every week.

Websites

Fast on an Indian mobile connection, built to take enquiries, and wired so every one of them lands in the CRM.

Internal apps and automation

The small tools that replace a spreadsheet someone maintains by hand — stock, scheduling, invoicing, reminders.

How we work on it

We would rather build something boring that lasts.

Operational software earns its keep by still working in a year, not by being clever on the day it ships.

Every system we build is scoped before it is quoted, so you know the shape and the date before you commit to anything. If we think a deadline is unrealistic, we say so at the start rather than discovering it together halfway through.

You own what we deliver. The code, the domain, the ad account and the data are in your name from the first day, along with a written map of how it all fits together. There is no lock-in to argue about later, and leaving is a decision you can make without a negotiation.

We also turn things down. Some tools we would enjoy using are ones we cannot promise to support in two years, so we do not put your business on them.

How we work

Four steps, and you know the date before you commit.

The two-year standard

Every architecture choice we make is one we can still support in two years. That rules out some fashionable tools, and it is the reason we say no to a few things clients ask for. It is also why you are not rebuilding this in eighteen months.

Next step

Tell us what is costing you hours. We will tell you whether we can fix it.

A first call is half an hour and costs nothing. If the answer is that you do not need us, we will say that too — it is cheaper for everyone than a build that should not have started.
