Terms

What you can expect, and what we expect back.

Draft — not publishable yet

This terms of service is written around what this site actually does, but it names a business that has not been filled in and it has not been reviewed by a lawyer. Meta and your payment gateway both require a real, accurate policy before you can run ads or take payments, so this needs finishing before launch — not after.

Who these apply to

These terms cover this website and any work carried out by REPLACE_REGISTERED_BUSINESS_NAME. Where we sign a separate agreement for a project, that agreement wins wherever the two disagree.

What is on this site

The simulators on the homepage are illustrative models. They show how the systems behave, using made-up numbers, and they are not a forecast of what your business will achieve. Nothing on this site is an offer, a quote, or a guarantee of a result.

Quotes and scope

We scope work before we quote for it. A quote covers the scope written into it and holds for REPLACE_QUOTE_VALIDITY. Work outside that scope is agreed and priced separately before it starts, not invoiced as a surprise.

Payment

Payment terms are set out in the project agreement, including the schedule and what happens if an invoice is late. Prices are in Indian rupees and exclude taxes unless the quote says otherwise.

What you own

You own the work we deliver for you: the code we write for your project, your domain, your ad account and your data, in your name from the start. We keep ownership of any general-purpose tooling and libraries we bring with us, and you get a licence to keep using them in the delivered work for as long as you like.

Confidentiality

What you tell us about your business stays between us. We will not name you as a client or publish any figure about your results without your written agreement — which is why the case studies page is empty until a client says yes.

What we do not promise

We build systems intended to run for at least two years without a rewrite, and we say so publicly because we mean it. We cannot promise a particular number of enquiries, a particular cost per enquiry, or a particular revenue figure — those depend on your market, your pricing and your offer as much as on the software.

Third-party platforms we connect to, such as advertising and messaging services, set their own rules and can change them. We are not liable for a change one of them makes, though we will tell you and propose a fix.

Ending an engagement

Either side can end an engagement with REPLACE_NOTICE_PERIOD written notice. You pay for work completed up to that point, and we hand over the credentials, the code and a written map of how it fits together. There is no exit fee and nothing is held hostage.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of REPLACE_CITY, India have jurisdiction.
