What we collect, and what we do with it.
This privacy policy is written around what this site actually does, but it names a business that has not been filled in and it has not been reviewed by a lawyer. Meta and your payment gateway both require a real, accurate policy before you can run ads or take payments, so this needs finishing before launch — not after.

Who we are
This site is run by REPLACE_REGISTERED_BUSINESS_NAME (“OSIQ”, “we”), at REPLACE_REGISTERED_ADDRESS. If you want to reach a person about anything on this page, write to osiqsolutions@gmail.com.
What we collect
This site has no contact form and collects nothing you type into it. There is nowhere on this website to submit your details.
- What you send us on WhatsApp. Every enquiry link here opens WhatsApp with a message ready. The conversation itself happens inside WhatsApp, on your phone and ours, and is covered by their terms as well as this policy. We keep those conversations to reply to you and to quote for work.
- What you send us by email, if you write to us instead.
- Basic usage data. Which pages were opened and roughly where from, and whether a WhatsApp link was clicked, so we can tell whether ad spend is doing anything. We do not use this to identify you personally, and the click is recorded without any of the message.
The simulators on the homepage run entirely in your browser. Nothing you do with them is sent to us or to anyone else.
Why we collect it
- To reply to your enquiry and, if it goes further, to quote for work.
- To measure whether our own advertising is worth what it costs.
- To keep records of work we have quoted for or carried out.
We do not sell your data, and we do not send marketing email to people who only asked a question.
Who else sees it
WhatsApp carries the conversation itself. Advertising platforms may record that you opened WhatsApp from an advert, but they never receive the message — only that a link was clicked. Beyond that, the site is static files on a host and nothing you write passes through us in transit.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not turn into work are deleted within REPLACE_RETENTION_PERIOD. Records relating to paid work are kept as long as tax and contract law require.
What you can ask us to do
You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to osiqsolutions@gmail.com and we will do it or tell you why we cannot.
Grievances
If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your data, the person responsible is REPLACE_GRIEVANCE_CONTACT_NAME_AND_EMAIL.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be said plainly rather than buried.
